The Millennium Green Trust Community Day is a volunteer-led event organised by the Millennium Green Trust, to maintain the green space, raise funds, and celebrate the community.

This year Epsom Hospital Radio provided the music again, with Trevor Leonard, Ian Daggett, Collette Duncan, Phil Watson and Marcus Tattersall at the controls throughout the day.

After the event, Millennium Greet Trust committee member Jason Cowling said:

"On behalf of the Millennium Green Trust organising committee, I would like to thank you and your team for the invaluable support you gave for our fete we on Saturday 6th September. Your contribution played a major role in making the event such a success.

Thanks to your help, we were able not only to raise vital funds to help ensure this much-loved space remains available to the Epsom community, especially for the users and visitors of Epsom Hospital, but also to create a welcoming event that was enjoyed by so many. The positive feedback we’ve received has been wonderful.

We are truly grateful for your partnership and hope you take pride in knowing that your generosity helped create such a memorable day for the community."
